COVID 19 RAMADAN PACKAGE APPEAL

Throughout the months of April and May 2020 QQS Global distributed food packages in various locations for our combined Ramadan and COVID-19 project in Pakistan.

 

Thanks to your donations, we successfully distributed in the following locations in Mirpur AK and surrounding areas such as:

Chawla -Tehsil

Charhoi- Kotli

Sangot

Staff Colony

Kalyal Sector B-5

Sector F1- F4

Ban Khurman,

Chitterpari

Parti Bari

 

Together we successfully distributed to over 300 families with these packages and would like to thank you for all your kind donations. The community we helped in these areas included widows, orphans, labourers, street vendors, tailors and many more. One food package provided a family with the supplies to cook meals for a week!

 

With restrictions of COVID-19 in place in Pakistan, many were still struggling to make ends meet in these precarious times.

 

This really warmed our hearts knowing that a family had gone to sleep on a full stomach and without compromising on portions.

 

The local press learned of our efforts and wanted to provide coverage to show gratitude.
